Ahana's POV:

"For god's sake veer, you can't even accept that you got scared by a spider."  Rishabh exclaimed. 

So, here my precious annoying brother is talking with veer on a call.

To be honest, I didn't expect him to be scared but it was fun watching him screaming over a stupid spider.

He looked cute though. I guess 

He every time looks cute, Ahana? My inner sense mocked

I shook my thoughts and continued getting ready for college. I didn't even wanted to go to college today. I was already very irritated from few days as I had my periods. 

Yeah yeah, I know periods suck. Especially when you have to go somewhere. 

I was getting ready when rishabh was continuously arguing with veer over literally anything that doesn't matter. 

Mujhe to dono pakka pichle janam ke pati patni lag rahe hain. Divorced. I thought to myself

(I am sure they are both husband and wife from previous life) 

"Tu ready nahi huyi abhi tak ? " and here comes my pyaari matashree  and mocked me in very  sweet tone of hers. I was already very annoyed so I left for college without eating the breakfast. 

(You aren't ready till now?)

Rishabh wasn't going to college today as he was having a football match. 

Yeah, we all study in the same campus.

~TIME SKIP~ 

I was in the ground sitting under the tree as everyone was practicing for event  that was in almost 3 days. I was the anchor and just had to prepare the speech. 

" Oye! aren't you participating in dance this year? " aarohi asked 

"No, I'm not." I said as I was looking at VEER LAUGHING WITH- anyways,  what am I to interfere in his life so... I turned my gaze away from him 

"Tere saamne to kabhi nahi hasta, why are you irritated" Ruhanika said teasing me

(He never laughs in front of you)

I hit her on her shoulder and she ran away as sir was calling her. 

" JEALOSY JEALOSY" aarohi came and said teasingly and I glared at her.

" I ain't talking with you" she said to me stomping her feet at the ground. I didn't reply anything.

 She sat on the ground with a pout on her face. DRAMATIC AAROHI SHE IS.

"Khadus, mujhe mana bhi nahi rahi." She murumured  

(Grumpy! She's not even trying to wheedle me)

"Mai teri girlfriend nahi hu jo tujhe manati phirun" I said 

(I'm not your girlfriend so that I should wheedle you)

"Hawwww, that means you've found someone else" she said

"Nahi re pagal, tere ilawa mujhe kon jhelega" I said

(Who will tolerate me except you)

"Don't say that, time ke saath mil jayega" she said 

(You'll find someone)

I nodded and was feeling dizzy so I thought I'd go and drink some water. I tried to get up but was about to fall when aarohi held me.

"Kya hua tujhe achanak? Are you okay?" she asked being concerned 

(What happened suddenly?)

"I'm okay. I just need to drink some water. I'll be back" I said

"Shall I come with you?" she said 

" Nah, I'll just come back you stay here." I said and started walking 

I was on walking on the stairs when I bumped into... VEER? 

He was about to fall but I held him.  I HELD HIM?

(Mhmmmm bollywood scene ho raha; NOT YOUR AUTHOR BEING DRAMATIC)

I made him stand straight and he was staring at me. 

"What?" I asked

"Dekh ke chala karo" He said

(See and walk)

"Mai? mai dekh ke he chal rahi thi aap samne se-" 

(I was walking straight you came-)

"Haan haan, fine whatever " He said 

see, that's the reason I HATE HIM. 

I was about to say something but I fainted due to dizzyness. 

VEER'S POV :

I was in a hurry as someone was calling me but I bumped  into ahana and was about to fall but she held me. 

I felt as if my life was a bollywood movie  as I bumped into her. 

OH! HER BLACK EYES ARE SO PRETTY, KAHI MAIN ISS ANKHON KE DARIYE MAI DUB NA JAU. 

(I might fall in the ocean of her eyes)

Shutup veer, what are you thinking? dimag ghaans charne gaya hai kya tera? I thought to myself.

I was, speechless to be honest. Because I don't know why I felt attracted towards her.

We talked for a while and I was going when she fainted? shit. Rishabh wasn't there to take care of her and everyone was busy due to this stupid event. I was worried and I didn't know what to do. 

"Ahana, ahana please wake up. See, I'm here. Please uth jaao" I tried to wake her up.

I carried her in my  arms and went to medical room. 

After sometime, she woke up as nurse treated her.

I felt a relief as I saw her awake. My heartbeat arosed as she looked into me again with her doe black eyes and I swear, I didn't want her to look away.

"Are you okay? " I asked with concern as she was looking at me. 

She had a shocked face and she was staring at me. Did I ask something wrong? 

"Ahana? I'm asking to you. Are you okay? "  I asked again 

"Yeah, I just did't had breakfast and so-" She said 

"Care to explain why you didn't have breakfast?" I said 

"Me? oh, I had periods and I was very irritated so I left." She said

"Wow, what an irrevalant explaination. Ahana, firstly you should not skip your breakfast. Secondly, if you're on your periods you should rest." I  said

"take these medicines and eat something. You'll be fine in  sometime. I'll be right back." the nurse said.

"Didn't you hear? eat something." I said 

"Actually-" 

"Let me complete this sentence, tum lunch bhi nahi layi." I said

(You've not brought lunch)

She nodded and smiled sheepishly. God, this girl is crazy for real. 

I went and brought my lunch to her and gave it to her.

She wasn't able to eat as her hands were shaking due to the weakness.

"Give it to me." I said and started feeding her.

Her hairs were troubling and she wasn't able to see but she had lunchbox in her hand so she didn't speak anything.

I tucked her hairs behind, which were falling on her eyes and stared at her for a very long time.

Damn, she's crazy but she's cute

Pagal hai veer tu? She's sister of your bestfriend. You're only here to help her. My inner sense mocked.

After that, she was okay and aarohi came so I left.
